With over 8 years of hands-on experience in the e-commerce ecosystem, I currently serve as Magento Lead at ACFC Vietnam. Starting out as an engineer with a solid programming foundation, I came to realize that the greatest value technology brings is its ability to solve complex business problems. That realization shifted the focus of my work toward leading technical teams, driving project delivery, and acting as a strategic bridge between the Tech and Business teams. I believe the intersection of a Technical Lead’s systems thinking and strong management skills creates sustainable momentum for any organization. Going forward, my professional direction is anchored in Project Management, Technical Leadership, and Digital Transformation. My ultimate goal is to leverage project management capability and technology vision to optimize resources, untangle operational bottlenecks, and generate real growth value.
